Shipping Policy

We at Grandeur Cycle believe that you have the right to know prior to shipping, exactly what information we might collect, why we collect it and how it is used.

We have made our shipping prices as fair as possible. We offer common carrier, UPS Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Select Shipping.

For heavy or oversized items, we offer freight shipping. The freight charges will be calculated when you add an item to the shopping cart. You can cancel an order by leaving the checkout or you can continue by providing your payment information.

Grandeur Cycle will provide a refund within 30 days of purchase. Purchaser is to pay applicable return shipping fees. All Manufacturer's Warranties apply to purchases.
